01What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to answer you and to understand how the site is used.
- Details you type into a form: name, email, phone, company and your message
- Technical data your browser sends: IP address, browser type and referring page
- Aggregate usage data: which pages were viewed, and for how long
02Why we collect it
Form submissions are used to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to set up the engagement. Technical and usage data is used to keep the site secure and to work out which pages are worth improving.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
03How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you started earlier. Aggregate analytics data is retained for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
04Cookies
This site sets only the cookies required to make it function. If analytics or advertising cookies are added later, you will be asked to consent before they are set.
05Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
06Security
We are ISO 27001:2013 certified. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it, credentials are never stored in source control, and data in transit is encrypted.
