02Quotes and estimates
Figures shown on this site are indicative starting points, not offers. A binding price only exists once it appears in a signed statement of work.
Where a project is billed on a time and materials basis, we report against the estimate weekly so there are no surprises at invoicing.
03Intellectual property
On payment of the relevant invoices, all custom code, designs and content produced for you transfer to you. Pre-existing tooling and open source components remain under their original licences.
04Confidentiality
We treat everything you share as confidential and sign an NDA before kickoff on every engagement.
05Limitation of liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered head office, unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
