Nine clinics, three different paper forms, and a compliance team that rightly blocked anything without an audit trail. Data quality was poor and re-keying introduced errors.
What we did

- 3Added role-based access control with per-field audit logging
- 4Integrated with the existing records system through a queued sync
- 5Ran a two-clinic pilot before rolling out to all nine
