What happens after the free trial?
You choose a plan in your dashboard and we email you an invoice, payable by PayID or bank transfer. Or you stop and owe nothing. No card is needed to start, and the 14-day trial includes up to 150 customer chats.
Is there a setup fee?
No compulsory fee. Most stores set it up themselves in about ten minutes. If you'd rather we did it all for you (import, FAQs, tone, install and testing), it's A$149 once, free on yearly plans and included in Business.
What counts as a chat?
One conversation with one shopper, however many messages it takes. We let you know when you reach 80% of your chats, and you can add 200 more for A$25 at any time.
Will it slow down my store?
No. The part inside your store is very small and loads after your page is ready. All the heavy work happens on our servers.
Can it make mistakes about prices or delivery?
It only answers from your own catalogue and rules, and it never invents a price, discount or delivery promise. When it is unsure, it hands over to you.
Do I need a developer?
No. Setup takes about ten minutes, and on the Business plan our team does it for you.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month. When you cancel, the assistant switches off cleanly and your store carries on as before.
