Built inside a real store.
A family-run water delivery business in Western Sydney. Busy phones, orders after hours, and customers who reorder every few weeks. It was the perfect place to build an assistant that sells.
Great product. Too many unanswered questions.
Do you deliver to my suburb? When is the cut-off? Is the bottle deposit included? Every one of those questions was a phone call, an email, or a shopper who quietly left.
Learning the business
Products, prices, deposits, delivery days, suburbs and cut-off times loaded into the assistant.
Selling in the chat
Product cards, add to cart and ready-to-pay checkout links switched on. A "Place your order" button added to the site.
Live for every visitor
Order alerts to the owner, live-chat handover, and a privacy notice on the website.
Bringing customers back
Reorder reminders timed to each household, Google review requests, cart rescue and the weekly money report.
30-day trial running
Live since October 2026. The full results, good and honest, will be published here in November.
One assistant, eight jobs.
