Running a PPF center: deposits, documentation and warranties
PPF installation takes days and carries a high ticket, and any loose detail costs money or reputation. Three points make the difference.

The nature of paint protection work
PPF jobs differ from quick services: the car stays for days, the ticket is high, and customers expect a long warranty. The center needs a system that follows the car from booking to after handover.
1. Deposit and balance
Set an upfront amount at booking that secures the customer's commitment and covers materials, and track the balance on the same invoice until handover, so no car leaves with money uncollected.
2. Record the condition before installation
Before installation, record scratches and notes on the car diagram and have the customer sign. It protects you from disputes and shows what the film covers versus what was already there.
3. Digital warranty and follow-up
Issue a digital warranty linked to the plate with its duration and coverage, schedule inspection and maintenance visits, and remind the customer on WhatsApp. That keeps the customer in touch with your center for the whole warranty.
How Kafa'a helps
Kafa'a brings these stages together: booking with a deposit, inspection and signature on the tablet, the ready message on WhatsApp, and the digital warranty with its maintenance visits and reminders.
