Google review requests

Ask every customer for a Google review a few days after their order is completed.

  2. Choose when to ask, for example 3 days after the order is completed.
  3. Switch Review requests on.
  4. Every customer gets a short email with a button to your Google review page.
  5. Track requests sent and how many opened your review page.
  1. Find your review link in Google Business Profile → Ask for reviews.
  2. In Automations, paste it into Your Google review link.
  3. Choose Send after the order is completed: 2 to 14 days.
  4. Set Review requests to On, and click Send me a preview to check it.

Every customer with a completed order is asked, as Google's rules require. Anyone unhappy can simply reply to the email and it reaches you.

  • A customer gets at most one review request every 90 days.
  • Automations shows requests sent and how many opened your review page.
