Where to paste your install code on BigCommerce, Neto, Webflow and custom-built stores.

Copy your install code from Integrations.1/4
  1. Copy your install code from Integrations.
  2. BigCommerce: Storefront → Script Manager → Create a script. Location Footer, All pages.
  3. Any other site: paste the code just before the closing </body> tag on every page.
  4. Save, refresh your store, and the chat is live.

Copy your install code from your dashboard: Integrations → 1. Add the assistant to your website → Copy code.

BigCommerce

  1. Go to Storefront → Script Manager → Create a script.
  2. Location: Footer. Pages: All pages. Script type: Script.
  3. Paste your code and save.

Neto / Maropost

  1. Go to Settings & tools → All settings & tools → Custom scripts.
  2. Add a script and paste your code into the page footer section.
  3. Save and refresh your store.

Webflow or a custom-built store

Paste the code just before the closing </body> tag on every page. On Webflow: Site settings → Custom code → Footer code. Not sure? Send the code to your web developer, it takes them a minute.
