Install on WooCommerce or WordPress

Two easy ways to add the assistant to a WordPress site.

In your dashboard, go to Integrations and copy your install code.1/5
  1. In your dashboard, go to Integrations and copy your install code.
  2. In WordPress, install and activate the free WPCode plugin.
  3. Open Code Snippets → Header & Footer and paste the code into the Footer box.
  4. Click Save Changes.
  5. Open your store: the chat is live. Using a cache plugin? Clear it first.

Copy your install code from your dashboard: Integrations → 1. Add the assistant to your website → Copy code.

Option 1: with a free plugin (easiest)

  1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New and install “WPCode” (or any header & footer plugin).
  2. Open Code Snippets → Header & Footer.
  3. Paste your install code into the Footer box.
  4. Click Save Changes, then open your store.

Option 2: in your theme

  1. Go to Appearance → Theme File Editor (use a child theme).
  2. Open footer.php and paste the code just before </body>.
  3. Update the file.
