  2. Your Home page shows four set-up steps. Start with Import your store.
  3. Enter your website and click Import. We read your products, prices and key pages.
  4. Add delivery, policies and FAQs, then try your assistant with a real question.
  5. Go to Integrations, copy your install code and paste it on your store. You're live.

Here's the quickest way from sign-up to an assistant that's selling on your store. Using Shopify? Install the app from the Shopify App Store instead: it does steps 2 and 6 for you (see Install on Shopify).

  1. Sign in at algoritmi.com.au/app/login with your work email. We email you a 6-digit code, no password needed.
  2. Go to Knowledge & products, enter your store's website and click Import. We read your products, prices and key pages.
  3. Add your delivery areas, policies, FAQs and any approved offers. The assistant uses these over anything on your website.
  4. Open Assistant & widget to set its name, greeting, colour and tone, and choose which contact details it collects.
  5. Test it on the Home page under Try your assistant: ask the questions your customers usually ask.
  6. Go to Integrations, copy your install code and follow the guide for your platform.

Your Home page keeps a short Get set up checklist, so you can always see what's left.
