Connect your store for order tracking and sales
Read-only access so the assistant can answer order questions, and your reports show sales in dollars.
- Installed the Shopify app? Your store is already connected, nothing to do.
- WooCommerce: create a REST API key with Read permission.
- In Integrations → Connect your store, paste the keys and click Connect store.
- Connected. Orders sync every hour, read-only.
- Now shoppers can check orders in the chat, and you get sales in Results and Automations.
Connecting your store is read-only. It lets shoppers check their order in the chat, sends change and return requests to you, counts the orders that came through the chat, and powers reorder reminders, review requests and Goes well with suggestions.
Shopify
If you installed the Algoritmi Assist app from the Shopify App Store, your store is already connected. Nothing to do.
WooCommerce
- In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key.
- Description: Algoritmi Assist. User: your admin account. Permissions: Read.
- Click Generate API key. Keep the page open.
- In your dashboard, open Integrations → Connect your store → WooCommerce. Enter your store address, paste the Consumer key and Consumer secret, and click Connect store.
What we keep, and what we don't
- Order number, status, items, total, date and tracking details.
- Customer emails and mobiles are stored only as one-way fingerprints to confirm the person asking is the person who ordered. For reminders and review requests, the email is stored encrypted.
- Your keys are encrypted and never shown again. We can't change anything in your store.
- Orders sync every hour. Orders older than 24 months are deleted automatically. Disconnect at any time and synced orders are removed from Algoritmi.
