What your assistant does for shoppers

Recommends products, adds them to the cart, answers doubts and sends shoppers to checkout.

A shopper asks a question in their own words.1/6
  1. A shopper asks a question in their own words.
  2. The assistant asks one short question to understand what they need.
  3. Then it shows the products that fit, with live prices and Add to cart.
  4. One tap adds it to the cart, and it suggests what goes well with it.
  5. It answers the doubts that stop a sale: delivery, timing, deposits, sizes.
  6. And sends them to checkout with everything ready.

Your assistant works like your best salesperson on the shop floor, on every page, at any hour.

In every chat it can

  • Ask one short question when it needs more detail (size, use, budget, delivery suburb).
  • Show the products that fit, with live prices, stock and an Add to cart button.
  • Suggest what goes well with an item once it's in the cart (see Suggest what goes well with it).
  • Answer the doubts that stop a sale: delivery areas and cut-offs, deposits, returns, sizes.
  • Send the shopper to checkout with a Checkout now button.
  • Check an order's status when the shopper gives the order number and the email or mobile on it.
  • Take a message or a quote request, collect contact details and email it to your team.
  • Let you jump into the chat yourself when a shopper wants a person (see Live takeover).

What it never does

  • Invent prices, discounts or delivery promises. If it isn't sure, it says it will check with your team.
  • Mention offers you haven't listed under Approved offers.
  • Ask for or accept card details. Payment always happens at your normal checkout.
