What's included in the trial, how to choose a plan and how to pay, on our website or through Shopify.

The free trial

  • Every new store gets 14 days free. No card needed.
  • The trial includes up to 150 customer chats.
  • A customer chat is one conversation with one shopper, however many messages it takes.

Prices

  • Starter: A$69/month, 300 chats
  • Growth: A$149/month, 1,200 chats
  • Business: A$349/month, 3,000 chats
  • Yearly plans get 2 months free.

All prices are in Australian dollars. There's no lock-in: cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

Signed up on our website

  1. In your dashboard, go to Settings & billing.
  2. Pick Starter, Growth or Business, monthly or yearly.
  3. Click Request. We email you an invoice within one business day.
  4. Pay by PayID or bank transfer. Your plan switches on as soon as it's paid.

Installed from the Shopify App Store

  1. Open Algoritmi Assist from your Shopify admin (Apps → Algoritmi Assist).
  2. Under Choose your plan, pick a plan, monthly or yearly.
  3. Approve the charge on Shopify. It's added to your normal Shopify bill.
  4. Any free trial days you have left carry over: you aren't charged until they end.

To cancel a Shopify plan, uninstall the app or change plans in the app. Shopify handles the billing.

Founding 20

Our first 20 Australian stores get everything in Growth for A$99 a month, locked for 12 months, plus free done-for-you setup. Choose Founding 20 in your dashboard while places last.

Extras

  • Extra chats: A$25 for 200 more, any time. See Running out of chats below.
  • Done-for-you setup: A$149 once. Free on yearly plans and included in Business.
  • Your brand only: the chat shows a small “Powered by Algoritmi Assist” link. Remove it for A$29/month (included in Business).

Running out of chats

We email you at 80% of your monthly chats and again if they run out. When they run out, shoppers see a short form to leave their details (they still reach you as leads), but the assistant stops answering until you add chats or the new month starts.

  1. Go to Settings & billing → Extra chats.
  2. Click Add 200 chats · A$25. They're ready straight away. On our website plans, A$25 goes on your next invoice; on Shopify, you approve a one-off charge on your Shopify bill.
  3. Extra chats never expire and are only used after your plan's monthly chats run out.

When the trial ends

If you haven't chosen a plan, your assistant pauses. Nothing is deleted, and it comes straight back when your plan is active.
