Suggest what goes well with it

How the assistant suggests matching products after an add-to-cart, and how to set your own pairings.

  3. One more item in the cart, without any pushy upselling.
  4. Pairings are learned each night from what your customers buy together.
  5. Add your own in Knowledge & products with + Add. Yours always come first.
  6. Results counts the extra items added from these suggestions.

Right after a shopper adds something to their cart from the chat, the assistant shows a small Goes well with row, each item with a one-tap Add. It's helpful, not pushy: it appears once, after they've decided to buy.

Where pairings come from

  • Learned from your orders: every night we look at the last 12 months and pair products bought together in at least two orders (up to 3 per product).
  • Set by you: in Knowledge & products, the Goes well with column lets you add your own. Yours always come first.
  1. Go to Knowledge & products and scroll to Products.
  2. In the Goes well with column, click + Add and choose a product.
  3. Remove one with ×. Pairings marked “from your orders” update automatically each night.
