How we protect your store and your customers
Where data lives, who can see it, and what the assistant never touches.
- Order details only go to the person who placed the order: order number plus their email or mobile.
- If the details don't match, nothing is shared.
- It never takes card details. Payment happens at your normal checkout.
- Your install code only works on your own website.
- Your store's data is kept separate from every other store and never sold.
- Data is stored in Cloudflare's Oceania region. To write replies, chat text is processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, which may be outside Australia. Emails are sent through Resend, from the European Union.
- We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
- Order details are only shared with the customer who placed them.
- The assistant never sees or handles card or payment details.
- Your install code only works on your own website.
- Sign-in uses one-time email codes, no passwords to steal. Admin access to our systems is logged.
