The chat bubble isn't showing on my store
Quick checks when the assistant doesn't appear.
- Check the code is on the same website you imported. It only works on your own store.
- Make sure the assistant is switched on in Assistant & widget.
- On Shopify, check the App embed is switched on and saved.
- Check the page isn't excluded under Only show on or Never show on.
- Clear your site's cache, then reload the page.
- Check your trial or plan is active in Settings & billing.
- Fixed! Still stuck? Contact us with your store address.
- Check you imported the same website the code is installed on. For security, the assistant only works on your own store's address.
- Make sure the assistant is switched on in Assistant & widget.
- On Shopify, check Algoritmi Assist chat is switched on under Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds, and that you clicked Save.
- Check the page isn't listed under Never show on, and that Only show on isn't excluding it.
- Clear your website's cache (and any caching plugin), then reload the page.
- Check your free trial or plan is active in Settings & billing.
